    Beautiful resort, beautiful staff, with kind and helpful employees like Truc at reception and Phi the driver. A great breakfast variety that I thoroughly enjoyed each morning.

    Beautiful and extremely spacious rooms, etc.

    Favourable location near to a beautiful lake as well as Dalat for restaurants. New building and rooms on the mid level. A special thanks to the employees with a receptionist in here.

    Brand-new and reasonably large rooms complete with a balcony, a good veiw, shower. Everyone who works in the hotel is helpful and attentive. Its location is best possible right beside Tuyen Lam lake.

    Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

    The lakeside cottage was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a fine view, a smart TV, and a good balcony for morning coffee. Breakfast was a highlight with a fantastic variety, including healthy salads and fresh fruit, enjoyed in a restaurant with a lovely view. While the reception was a short walk away, staff were always quick to respond via room phone for any needs, though the distance could be inconvenient at times. We also appreciated the boat cruise on the lake for a relaxing afternoon.

    Staying 20 minutes from the city center isn't ideal if you're short on time, especially since Grab rides may not always be available, and hotel transport fees feel steep. The spa left much to be desired. It lacked cleanliness, and my partner's sauna experience was less than pleasant due to the absence of a shower. The dinner menu could use some variety-something simple like pizza would be a nice touch to complement the otherwise decent room service options.

    The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses-think colorful fruit spreads and piping hot buns! The lakeside cottage vibe radiated chill-roomy with a killer view and super friendly staff. Plus, the boat cruise on the lake? Total zen mode.

    We loved the boat cruise and the meals offered at the restaurant. Staff were quick to assist, whether it was bringing extra towels or responding to our needs. We found the room spacious and clean, with a nice view. The area outside our window had flowers, made the surroundings pleasant.

    It was just a proper fit for a weekend adventure in Da Lat with very nice value for money. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses-lots of colorful fruit and fresh buns! Be sure to grab a taxi rather than depend on grab cars, they can be unreliable from the resort.
